FIG was founded on the idea that researchers have the most impact when we move beyond institutions and re-position our work around the values of collaboration, community leadership, and social justice.
All employees at FIG participate in ongoing racial equity training. We have an explicit commitment to using a racial equity lens in our work, and we know that collaborating with community organizers and trainers is critical to achieving our mission.
